Christmas 2019 at Silcocks maybe slightly different this year plans are in the making watch this space…………
So the plan is for the three french hens to set up a Christmas store for 4 weeks, along with Biddenden Christmas trees and wreaths, open daily except Mondays.
A perfect oppurtunity to pick up some Christmas gifts or something for your own home & garden.
Farm shop and cafe will be open too, pick up a few goodies for Christmas, along with Christmas hampers and place your Christmas meat/dairy order. (the farm shop and cafe will be closed Sunday’s & Monday’s as usual).
The marsh art collective will be at Silcocks farm between Friday 25th October -Saturday 2nd November 10am-5pm (Shut Sundays & Mondays) in our function room presenting their “Autumn Arrival” exhibittion and pop up shop.
Paintings, arts and crafts, ceramics,handcrafted glass, photography and silver jewllery.
If you are after an early Christmas gift or something for yourself it is the perfect time to support local crafts people.
With lunch or afternoon cream tea in the farm cafe or our sunny courtyard, the farm shop will be open too.
This spring event has be postsponed due to recent events hopefully only until this summer.

Visit the farm, meet the animals and the people who work on the farm. See the tractors and farm animals up close, cows,calves, sheep, lambs, pigs and piglets, see the dairy cows being milked and take home a bottle of milk afterwards from the shop for your Sunday breakfast.
Have a look in the cheese room, sample the cheeese we make in the farm shop. The farm cafe will be open for light snacks and drinks.
Visit the farm shop with our own meats on the butchery counter along with other local goodies.
Fun for the children with a Easter bunny hunt, 50p a go all funds going to Canterbury oast trust (Rare Breeds Woodchurch).
A free childrens seasonal craft corner along with Free parking and entry.
